Excellent Customer Service

I have a very strong prescription and was wary of ordering online, didn't want to be stuck with glasses I could not use. The first two pairs arrived and I was sad to find that I couldn't adjust to them. Contacted customer support and got a label to send both pairs back, but the rep also said he would order another set of glasses for me in the frames I liked and mail them to me, just in case the problems with the first two pair were in the manufacturing. Sad to say that the second pairs didn't work for me any better than the first, but I really tried to adjust. When I finally made contact and said I wasn't satisfied, the rep said that was not a problem because they just want the customer to be happy. Again they sent a label for me to return the glasses at their expense and refunded my money. A++

My new Eyes!!!!

Not only do I love my new glasses, so does others!!! I have them on today... They look good on me as do all my other glasses... I have about 40 pair.
