Resolved A Shipping Issue.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses on the 30th of November. I was informed that they were shipped on the 3rd of December. By the 17th I still had not received them. I called customer care and they were able to take care of the issue by sending me a replacement pair. They said they were going to expedite the order but it took the same amount of time as if I ordered them myself which is understandable as they have hundreds of orders to fill. But once they were shipped I received them in 3 business days. Appreciated how they worked with me to resolve the issue.
