Great frames but the stems have red tortoiseshell

Ther are great little frames. Ther one thing I didn't catch in the picture is the ends of the stems are a sort of red- based tortoiseshell. The hinges are showing loaded and everything else is as it should be. That just didn't come across when I looked at the pictures. Fortunately it's pretty subdued so it's not a problem.
