Best Customer Service ever!!

I ordered a pair of glasses from EyeBuyDirect and explained that I had just broken my previous glasses (also from EyeBuyDirect) and desperately needed a replacement pair because I was going out of town. The representatives took down this information and the glasses were put on a rush. The day before I was to leave town, I received the glasses, sent by One-Day delivery. I can't think of enough praise for this company. The representatives listened to my problem and found a way to solve it, instead of just giving me the platitudes you often get from a large company's Customer Service. The best way to show my appreciation is to continue to buy from EyeBuyDirect, which I will do, and I encourage others to do the same. Thank you so much for excellent products and service.
