Mingus Glasses

I will never buy glasses at a brick and mortar again, or at least until the eyeglasses monopoly is broken up. I digress, these glasses are great quality, they are lightweight, the lenses were so affordable for the quality. Yes, I look almost TOO trendy in these transition glasses, but I love them.

I got exactly what I ordered. High quality frames that fit and look nice.

I purchased the Mingus design for myself and the Santa Fe for my husband. His are single vision (distance) with Transition coating. Mine are Progressive with Transitions. Both are perfect in every way! The prescriptions are right on and the Transitions get nice and dark outside. The quality of the frames is amazing! I had picked out two other styles and then realized the arms did not have the spring hinges, which I wanted. These two choices were my second pick so I was a little leery. Couldn't be happier, truly! And, I was shocked because I was thinking they must be a bit cheaply made to be so reasonable - not at all. In fact my husband noted several things about the construction that was way better than the ones we paid A LOT more for. I would recommend these to anyone - I got two pair for way less than what I was quoted from the optometrist's office for one. Figured I couldn't go wrong with the return policy either. Service was quite fast, ordered on Jan. 8, received on Jan. 19. Just one more thing - the chat help was GREAT!!!
